As a veteran of enterprise software and a relentless innovator, Matt Hixson brings strategic rigor and decades of practical understanding to the work of Tellagence. He holds an MBA from the University of Oregon as well as a certificate of executive education from Harvard Business School for high-potential leaders. Having started his career as a CPA, his passion for innovation quickly led him to the frontiers of technology.
After meeting Nitin Mayande in 2011 and discovering their shared vision for Contextual Intelligence, Tellagence was born.
In addition to his executive role leading Tellagence, Matt leads the longtime client relationship with YouTube and Google, focused on social media applications and analytics.
Matt is a father of three, a rabid Oregon Ducks fan, and a lover of art and sneakers in equal measure.

A natural-born scientific explorer, Nitin Mayande has been pioneering the technology of Contextual Intelligence since 2008. With a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Portland State University, Nitin holds several patents on cutting-edge AI systems. His groundbreaking predictive algorithms for large-scale networks form the foundation of Tellagence technology.
Nitin has worked at technology-forward giants like Nike and Intel and is a recognized innovator in artificial intelligence and data science. His diverse skillset also includes programming, big data technologies, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms.
Nitin and Matt were introduced in 2011. Their shared convictions around the power of context soon led to the founding of Tellagence.
Today, Nitin leads the Tellagence team of scientific researchers as they continue to innovate and shape the future of artificial intelligence.
Nitin is a world traveler, a Bugs Bunny fanatic, and a coffee shop regular. Light roast, no milk, no sugar. Peruvian Light Roast preferred.

Chandra Akula is a strategic technology executive with extensive expertise in enterprise data strategy, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation.
He’s a people-first leader who has built and scaled high-performing global teams, including Nike’s Global Capability Center, which he launched and grew to over 450 professionals in four years.
Today, Chandra leads the Tellagence team of engineers as they develop groundbreaking data products and continually push into new AI possibilities. He’s committed to developing future leaders and fostering a collaborative environment of discovery.
Chandra’s expertise includes cloud, big data, AI/ML, LLMs, and governance platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, and Unity Catalog. He holds a Master of Computer Science Application from the University of Madras, as well as recent executive certifications in Agentic AI and Machine Learning from Vanderbilt and Stanford.
He is an avid hiker, reader, and eater of diverse cuisines.

Dylan Boyd is a seasoned business development and product leader with over 25 years’ experience propelling growth and innovation for early-stage startups and global brands alike. He’s been a key strategic leader at organizations such as eROI, Airship, Techstars, and R/GA Ventures.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, Dylan has led the creation of over 50 accelerators and startup studio programs in collaboration with major corporate partners and universities. His commitment to fostering talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship has earned him recognition as a leader in the global startup community.
Today Dylan leads the Tellagence commercial strategy, helping introduce the world to the full capabilities, efficiencies, competitive advantages, and strategic possibilities available with this patent-pending AI.
Dylan enjoys a long hike in the mountains and an après IPA. As a snow tot in Sun Valley, he was once featured in SKI magazine.

Dr. Joglekar is the current John F. Connely Endowed Chair in Management at the Villanova School of Business and previously on the faculty at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. His research and teaching interests focus on digital transformation through human-centered applications of AI within product and supply chain management, platforms and market design, and the ethics and social responsibility considerations involved in these processes. His research has been published in leading operations and management journals, including Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Management Science, and MIT Sloan Management Review, among others. Dr. Joglekar has won numerous teaching awards and has been a visiting faculty member at MIT Sloan School of Management and University of Texas, and a visiting fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School and Copenhagen Business School. Dr. Joglekar holds engineering degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Memorial University (Canada), and MIT, and a PhD in Management Science from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
